The oldest known civilization on Golarion. The empire spanned ages dwarfing any other civilization. Despite forming eons before, the Serpent Empire overlapped with the ancient Azlanti and warred with the (then nascent) empire.
Religion: dedicated more to chaos than anything else. Closer to Outer Rifts deities.
